A water enema is exactly that. Do you have an enema bag? If so, fill it with water and insert as much water as you can hold. Then expell the water and hopefully, a few more stones.

To the person who asked where you put the vaseline, it's ok to lubricate the area in and around the rectum, but I can promise you that it will be better tomorrow.
