Congratulations on your successful LF!
Am hoping too to re-start Liver-Flush this month before the New Moon.
Have read from the past experiences of others that LFing twice a month is very tiring on the liver and the whole system in general and considering the way I felt after the few LFs I´ve done, I could imagine that being the case with me. Doing a coffee enema after the Liver-Flush helped lots to clear out more stones from the bowels and help the liver re-generate.
Also read (and have followed the advice) of doing LFs around the New Moon because thats when the body de-toxes best.
Just my 2 cents.
