I have a zappicator, is it safe to use it on the head? What about the heart?

I have some sort of worm near my heart, it crawls and moves around and it is very disturbing. Nothing kills it, I have been zapping for a year and taking the tincture from her book for ages. The more time that passes the more I feel it squeezing my left chest/heart area. I am frightened!

I read that only magnetic devices like Bob Beck's can kill them there, and the zappicator is supposed to be Hulda Clark 's version of the magnetic pulser? Is this correct?
