Don't get too hung up on the age factor ... I was only sharing info about the results of the practice. I think it's very significant. Consider how much money some must spend in a lifetime just buying products to care for their skin! And here is something absolutely free that is just as, if not more, effective in benefiting the skin. Whether or not it's easier to maintain such things in youth does not change the effectiveness of U.T that I have witnessed in just a few days.
