I did take it for a headache one time but I don't know if it helped or not because I also took the Kola Nut tincture, not smart for testing I know lol. I'm sure it would work for a headache but it would take a long time for it to start working and usually when I've got a headache I want it gone ASAP. 

The Kola Nut tincture is GREAT for headaches.  I've been using it to get off of Excedrin, the only OTC thing I use.  For me the Kola Nut takes a headache away within like 10 minutes.  I had to play with the dosage and take it more often but hey its all natural, no chemicals.  I'm just looking for to the day that the cause of the headaches is healed.

The White Willow Bark did improve the pain in my back.  I noticed it felt better a couple of hours after I took it and I took another dose before I went to bed so that I wouldn't be uncomfortable sleeping.  It was hurting again this morning and this time it took all the pain away.
