I have never done a ginger bath right after a liver flush, but if you aren't too tired from the flush, I think it would be OK.

Personally, I don't think I could because a ginger bath by itself tends to wipe me out. But, right now, a ginger bath sounds really good to me. Excuse me while I go take a bath.
