I've been pouring over old forum posts about weight gain, detox from bromides and all things iodine. Somewhere in my early morning journey through curezone I found some info on using niacin to assist bromide detox. Ideas?

Am loathe to do the salt push, or leery anyway because I fear BLOAT! I have to confess that I've done nothing to help bromides leave my body other than a little extra mag glycinate to enhance elimination. Would an epsom bath help? I've been having a lot of fatigue (pms, perhaps) in the last 2 days and to me this could be a cue that it's time to get rid of the ickies.

Am open to all.
