Chanca piedra you can take everyday either 15 drops or 2 capsules. You can do that for 2 months and then may be take a break for a week.
The artichoke you should check the bottle. May be as part of the flush the week before.
With the flush you do applejuice as a prep.

Keep flushing every 2-3 weeks till no stones show for about 3 times and then go on maintenance 2 or so times a year.
