My opinion: I wouldn't DREAM of letting them carve/mutilate my nose (and have all the assorted chemical risks), without at least TRYING the herbal snuff. You've got NO guarantee that they'll be able to get all the bacteria...but you've definitely got a guarantee you'll be compromising your body and having major side effects from the drugs, anesthesia and ultra-high strength Antibiotics .

It's just crazy to not try something harmless and 100% natural. There are tons of types of bacteria that garlic (in the snuff) beat that even the strongest of Antibiotics can't touch.
