That's what I was wondering myself! I am now taking 25 drops of Magnascent Iodine twice a day and it gives me energy and helps my concentration. I had a bad reaction after taking 50mg of Lugols a day for 2 months (with all the companion nutrients), which made me lose my co-ordination and short-term memory (and I've never been the same since). Hopefully I will eventually go back to normal.
