I don't take it unless I'm feeling sick or others are sick around me. For daily long term use to boost immunity use things like Iodine and (Cayenne Pepper lemon drink).

You might get a pathogen that is somehow resistant to silver and kill off the other organisms that normally kill that pathogen.
