Hi!

Congratulations on a successful flush!

I just had a quick question...

Was this the first time you have done a colonic before a liver flush? And how do you manage to feel comfortable to getting a colonic done - as a 20 year old male? I thought I would rather get a colema board, as I was too embarassed to go to a colon hydrotherapist, but I'm sure they are worth while, though fairly expensive...
