I gave up the powder pretty much from what you said, Tincture seems to be alot stronger and more effective.

Does the Cayenne cause some cleansing? I have started it and started cleansing alot the last few days, are tinctures that much more effective and strong? It seems it is cleansing me alot moreso than the powder after three days only.
