I accidentally hit the alert Webmaster button on your reply. OOPS. I dont know what that does.
Anyway, When I say I eat normal, I still avoid fats and meats. Today I am drinking lots of veggy broth, taking my greenfoods, eating some rice and beans, and carrot juice. I stop eating at 2pm, take 10 Oxypowder at 4pm, then drink my oil mixture at 8pm.
