Just wanted to alert folks that my doctor, who tests frequently for vitamin & etc. levels in blood, said that many commmercial brands of coQ10 actually deplete your system of it! It was true for me. I had been taking a health store brand, I think Country Life, daily & he said my coQ10 was practically nil. Much coQ10 comes in gel caps & they are maybe always made with soy.

I get my coQ10 from Japan, via WholeHealth.com. Japan seems to require higher standards - sorta like in cars. ;-)
