Yesterday, I did a wash using a dropper full of both eyebright and cayenne. It did sting a little while I was washing. When I was done, for about a miniute, I literally could not open my eye because it burned ALOT. I just toughed it out. My eye began to water profusely for about a minute and so did my nose. Once the burn was gone, the tearing stopped, I did the other eye. I dunno if I can do that 6 times a day, I might be able to manage 3 times a day though.

For the last few weeks, I'd been using just 8 drops of eyebright to about 4 drops of cayenne.

I'm using Dr. Christopher's eyebright tincture and Herb Pharm cayenne tincture.
