AskSem,
When Stephen told you to take ELP 1-9 again after your reassessment did he tell you to keep going up on the ELP 14 or did he say to stop ELp 14 and just take the ELP 1-9?


Also my understanding is not to take them together so my plan is to put the ELP 1-9 which ever I am taking into my daily mixture then take the high ELP's at bedtime alone totally away from any other ELP's.
