When I first got my lugol's, I read the instructions wrong and took 4 dropper fulls of Iodine with glass of water. Well, 3 months full of Depression and brain fog followed. I wonder if it was due to this. But I am OK and healthy again now.

I didn't took it for about 4 months but after that, I started to take ~4 drops with ACV. I remember feeling a lot better and looking much better. I had nice glowing skin with sharper edges. I am trying to get some more if my country doesn't send it back like it did a month ago..
