As a qualified stressologist, I recommend beating one off to reduce stress. Don't feel bad about what you beat off to either - your Mum, your pet cat, some gerbil you had when you were a kid, The Simpsons, your five year old daughter - whatever! It doesn't matter because it's FOR YOUR HEALTH. And health comes first! I'm sure your Mum, your pet cat, some dead gerbil, Matt Groening and your five year old daughter wouldn't mind at all.
