Hi again!

I tried the mirror meditation last nite.
The hardest part was not blinking-lol!

The candle was off to my left and it lit the end of my nose
(but not like Rudolf) At one point all I could see was this
O shape. So the images I got were not that bad.
Saw what I may look like when I'm older,
if I were a man-with a beard, or a soldier-with helmet.

There were times when my image dissappeared and I was just
stare- ing into this dark void. Then I'd blink or change my focus and find myself again.

Now that I've tried it, will probably do it again sometime.
(I have a theory I want to check out)
