Hi 64643, usually your research is pretty thorough but I can't find evidence that manganese reverses the effects of social anxiety.

I did, however, come across this article about a recent study that showed increased cancer risk from sustained concentrations of manganese. I would test for any deficiency before increasing your exposure.
