What testing? Did Stephen do your assessment? So far I have not heard from anyone who by his assessment was to start at ELP6, or anything other than ELP 1. I don't see anything in the material about it either.

I personally had my energy level measure an increase of triple the original on reassessment, and he recommended I retake ELP 1-9 three times more.

I don't know for sure if they are related, but I have heard him mention "stabilizing" your energy level in conversation.

So, unless Stephen has said otherwise, my personal opinion is; start at ELP 1 as recommended.
