I take it your also going through adrenal fatigue?
What treatment are you taking for it at the moment..

I have tried many things over the last year,but nothing seems to help...
I split up with my girlfriend last year after a 7 year relationship, she got bored i guess because we stopped going places..
I believe thats one reason my adrenals really started to crash...

All this self treatment im trying seems a waist of time..

Im thinking of phoning dr lam..

Only thing i cant afford to keep paying for consultations.
as im currently not working..
