Hey Justin, thanks for the reply. Sorry to hear you're going through this too. Your other post mentioned you've had a lot of stomach distress, has this improved?

It's really difficult to treat Candida because you're supposed to get 'die-off' that makes you feel worse, even though it might be improving overall. You just have to keep track of your symptoms and look for overall improvement.

I think you're right that it's going to take time. Healing the gut is complicated, but as long as we stay diligent and listen to our bodies we can fine-tune the best diet and supplements.
