Hey, I saw your message and had to reply. I'm in the same boat as you. Last summer I took the prev pac ( Antibiotics ) and have been downhill ever since. I've been through 2 bottles of probiotics and I've also been on antifungals. I'm actually starting to get better now (knock on wood).
I think what did it for me was stopping everything I was taking because I felt like I was actually getting worse. I also quit drinking or eating things with Sugar in it. I've lost 25 lbs just being on the diet but I feel I'm on the right track. So, probably the best thing to do is let it run it's course and see how that goes. Let your body try to fight it naturally. I'm not saying don't take anything, I'm just saying watch what you take.
You might want to try prescription strength antifungals because most of the natural stuff only kills it in the gut. If you're stomach is always hurting just try to watch your diet and eventually it it will go away. Taking pills might make it worse. Once your system gets out of wack from Antibiotics it might take a while to get to feeling normal again (probably about a year). As for the fecal transplant, I think the best way is like 5 days in a row or something like that.
Take everything with a grain of salt.
