There are bad practices on both sides of the fence. I would say though that by far, the mainstream side has a much worse track record. Also they are a far more established system of fraud. This potential for fraud also exists on the natural side, however the real power comes from personal power and knowledge. This is where our freedom regarding health can really shine.

Science can be applied properly or very poorly as in the case of most mainstream medical practices. What should be Science is often politics with scientific jargon attached to it. I have personally seen data tweaked on many occasions, to give the results that pharma wants to portray in their studies. This is common practice.

The entire system was set up as a money grab right from the get go. Rockerfeller found a way to monopolize medicine, create an elite and exclusive system, use hazing cult practices to indoctrinate pharma front men (known as doctors) through sanctioned institutions(universities), all while parading under the illusion of faux science. They bully anyone who get's in their way.
