Before the chilblains appeared I had been doing urine therapy for over a month. I thought it was a healing reaction so I kept with it but after a couple weeks I couldn't stand the pain anymore so I stopped and my toes cleared up in a couple days. I tried it again in the summer cause I thought the warm weather would help but my toes still became swollen so I haven't done urine therapy since. But now my toes swell up every winter and it lasts for months and I know it started with urine therapy.
