The big Q is can you sweat?
The three of us that started a few years ago only one could. Can you take a very hot bath and stay in for a while?
If so the probability is high that you can sweat, otherwise it just ends in overheating the body...

As said it won't get the Hg out of the brain but mabye in combo with what you are doing and Cilantro you can make this work. You would most likely need to use it often...
