Hello Mords,

Have you passed any lab test on heavy metals
( hair, blood )?

I agree with your speculations and deductions.

Aditional fetaure you didn't mention is how opportunistic pathogens like Candida Albicans ( which is not pathogen in normal circumstances ) are organized.

You should consider that during the periods when the environment is more hostile to pathogens they organize in structure called biofilm. What is important that in such conditions is even harder to get rid of pathogens.

In this biofilem structure pathogens are competing for even your trace elements ( iron, Cr, Cu, Zn ).

What to do:
You should consider detoxification in two steps:

1. detachement of biofilm structures from gut epithelium
2. detoxification

The first step you should consider diet with elements that have chelating abilites.

The second step is detoxofication and alkalizing.

For the first step chelating agents you could use:
EDTA, lactic acid ( for example fermented vegetable with EM
beneficial micoorganism ), cilantro/coriander herb - maybe in fementation, other herbs, pineapple/papaya juice,
once per week you could also grind papaya seeds with meat of papaya

For bathing internal tract lumen and eptihelium you shoud drink vegetable juices at the morning ( green ).

For the second part I would recommend you
drinking wheatgrass or barley young plant's juice at the evening for liver cleansing. During the day vegetable juices
( green ). Also in this step I would recommend you fermented vegetable ( not because of lactic acid ) but because of beneficial microrganism which are adhering / attaching on empty spaces where biofilm cleaned from the epithelium. You could add probiotic active microorganisms or EM microorganisms - filtrated/cleansed for food.

Do aerobic training ( running with courses on hills, forests - where you run on hills and then down, then biking ) where rhyitmic breathing and your discipline is expressing through breathing. You could also practice breathing techniques ( simple one or if you're familiar with
pranayama ) with abdonimal muscles.
