NP- where do you think sunlight fits into this picture? Not sure I buy what Marshall is cooking about staying out of the sun... do you think necessary, at least until the receptors are unblocked? sunlight just seems so healing, hard for me to accept that sunlight would have the same bad result as taking a d3 supplement or even cod liver oil...
