i have but a couple of weeks til i have my baby and ive been reading on scars/c-section...and there are 3 oils that says will help with c-section and the regeneration of skin...they consist of castor oil/wheat germ oil/olive oil....i was looking at mountain rose....but only olive and wheat germ oil are both cold pressed and unrefined, as its expeller pressed/refined...and even though it doesnt state about how each of the oil is processed but i would think that cold pressed/unrefined is a better quality then expeller/refined processed...
