Hello.

I have done three liver flushes, got stones on one of the flushes.

Did another flush last night, although i didn't do the harsh Epsom Salts this time nor the strict fasting, so maybe it wasn't good enough.

I have noticed that i have only gained weight since i started doing this.

I am not sure really how good this is for me. and i wonder now if those were real Gallstones i passed or if i just had some food particles that looked like stones. some of them were big and maybe i did get some.

i don't know. i am feeling very depressed and down and feel like nothing i do is going to help the depression. i have done bowel clease for weeks, and done enema to help with flushes, also did kidney cleanse months ago, still i am only gaining weight even though i eat better
