I have a severe case of candida. I've tried to eliminate with the famous candida diet. I seriously become partially autistic when i do this.. It's not die off either. I can barely focus on one thing for more than a few seconds.I believe my candida overgrowth is in me to handle the heavy metals i must have. I really really really just need some advice on lowering heavy metals from you guys. I plan on using all my power and knowledge to get healthy starting next week. Change in diet, cleansing etc. But I'm not sure what products i need to buy to reduce my metal toxicity. make a list for me starting with the most effective products you can think of. Thanks.
