If it were me, I would do a coffee retention enema... the version where you insert just 8 oz. (1 cup) of brewed organic coffee into the rectum and hold it for 15-20 minutes, then expel it. Then insert a second cup, hold it for the 15-20 minutes and expel. It will help the liver to dump the toxins from the Tylenol.

You might want to do a salt water flush several hours later to wash out or take a dose of psyllium husk powder several hours later to absorb the toxins so you don't re-absorb any. Remember to drink plenty of water afterwards also since sometimes the toxins get excreted through the kidneys.
