OK, I'm tired of being sick. I have awful allergies and I am sick most weeks 4 or 5 days out of 7. I want to do this Saturday night(Merry Christmas!), and need to know about prep in the days before. I have looked at lots of postings and can't get clear on this. I started last night drinking apple juice to soften stones, and today have eaten very lightly, more AJ and lots of water. If I keep this up till Sat afternoon, can I do it Sat night, or is this too soon? any advice will be good. I want my first cleanse to be sucessful, but the sooner the better!

PS: I have other problems, too. High blood preasure, acid reflux, depression, IBS, and basicly feel like crap most of the time. I need this!
