Nah, skip all the other stuff and stick to the basic Epsom Salts -Olive oil- grapefruit/lemon trio, I'll work.

That's what I did at first and got lots of stones out.
The recipe is important as far as keeping the time right and the dosage.

Once you do a flush, you may wanna add some other things, as in bl.walnut, if para cleansing.
The L-orthonine(sp?): I tried it -didn't do anything for me, so I skip it all together.
The sterilizing: again, I've never done that either, the flush still works.
