I eat Gluten, MSG, Red dye, nitrate, caffeine and Sugar free. I take Lithium orotate, Fish oil, and B50 complex. This seems to be working. It has been 7 weeks of a much more peaceful mind, much to my wifes relief. I was diagnosed 9 weeks ago and feel like i should have known, i have experienced several manic episodes in the past 18 years and a lot of depression. Also eating disorders, drug abuse and alopecia ariatta. My facial hair is growing back and my hair on my head stopped falling out.
