Yeah any help would be great. I am working with someone via phone, but still need more help...The stage I am at is...well, I weigh 160lbs and Im 5'10. Sounds normal, but I've been a stocky 200 since high school. I am very thin. The probiotic I just started is helping a ton already (finally able to use one). I was taking vitamin code for men, but the yeast kicks up the candida right away. I am living on mostly veggies: Kale, broccoli, bok choy, turnips, rutabega, asparagus, green beans, cabbage, celery, radishes, and garlic. Egg yolks and rice protein for protein. Pintos every now and then because they are very easy for me to digest, but candida is almost immediate. The more threads in my bm, the more I feel I am detoxing. Although I really need some vitamins. Liver Detox formula beats me up in some REALLY weird ways. Wont be taking that again any time soon.

I dont much leave the house. If I do its with family and they wheel me in the wheelchair. I just turned 28 in January and have been sick since 25. They originally put me on antidepressants that made me WAY worse. I also took a bunch of iron in the beginning as I was desperately grasping at straws and made myself much worse too. Hair analysis showed heavy metal toxicity. Candida is severe.

Sanas have been helping, although I just did a liver detox and used the sauna simultaneously and my whole body feels like its on fire. Needless to say I'll back off saunas until this is gone. coffee enemas a few times a week as well....There's a bit of an update. I do terrible with supps that have any filler, yeast, binders. Also, allergic to almonds, so I have to watch that. Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take care.
