That is great that you were able to rid of your symptoms! Many people do not realize how large of an effect food allergies can play on your life. Such serious concerns as Schizophrenia have been seen to be reversed after removing gluten from sufferer's diets who were gluten-intolerant. I would highly recommend checking out Dr. Wangen's book, "Healthier Without Wheat," as it goes into all of these issues in great detail. I was amazed after reading this how something so seemingly simple could affect so many people in such a myriad of unexpected ways.
