I am positive this is mirena. Especially the muscle pain, left side weakness, etc. I had all those, and more... and sitll am having issues almost a year later. I only had mine in 3 months, and my health began to deteriorate after only weeks with it in. Please search my past posts for more info.

Best of luck. i would take it out.
