More like reality based on intelligent design through an informational construct interlinked and flowing (evolving).

Another term is consciousness.

This informational reality is holographic and as you suggested fractal patterned as it presents the evolving information. Thought drives much of the creation and influences how the information is constructed and framed.

All this happens out of infinite potential. Think of infinite potential as infinite informational possibilities to draw upon through imagination. This is consciousness in potential and manifested forms. The byproduct is an experiential reality.
