Hi Tom,
I try to eat healthy most of the time, I do eat a high fiber diet all the time. I have also been on medications for many years and still am, I'm going to try to get rid of the ones I can by diet and other supplements. I will try the Colon Cleanse first and then I'll check out the detox stuff.
