I think you have been in the cleansing game a while now?

I believe the longer we work on cleansing, the more we understand to go slow, and that even if we *feel nothing* it is still working. I guess we come to trust the process after awhile? But in the begining, some of us need the dramatics as it shows us the effectiveness of the protocol, that it _IS_ working for us, and that we really needed it. ;) After awhile one realizes *slow and steady wins the race*! & I think someday I'll be there too! :)))) Merry Xmas
