Hi llyynn - What is your diet like? Have you been eating a Standard American Diet (SAD) for any length of time? If so, it has probably contributed to your situation with your liver and kidneys. If you aren't eating a healthy, high-fiber diet, it would be wise to transition to one first. This will help prevent new stones from forming, and will help keep your existing stones from getting larger.

After a healthy diet, colon cleansing would be a good next step. Liver Cleansing dumps a lot of toxins into the colon, so it's wise to cleanse the colon first. To learn more about this, read "The Detox Book" by Bruce Fife, ND.
