The candida diet is not a healthy diet. You don't need to stay in a strict candida diet for more than one month. You need to eat the proper amount of calories and carbohidrates. Complex carbohidrates are good and healthy. Any strict candida diet for more than one month do more damage than good. You are killing yourself.
