In the family teachings of massage we were trained to shake it off, walk barefoot for 10 to 45 minutes ...so the body will not retain the extra energy charges ... and the best option is to take a bath.... in Thai masassge and Vedic culture one should at least wash or rinse face, feet, hands, and mouth. This is all very helpful ... we've noticed a big difference.
