Hi Eva, indeed it is. regretably black seed causes people to gain weight but for your father that is ok. I am so happy to see he is improving. I am on the oils and seeds now also as I have cancer and I have improved also.

I do love the seeds and honey and it is delicious. make sure you are using raw organic honey.

Are you giving your father garlic. This is part of the protocol? I also take olive leaf, grape seeds and turmeric.
