Hi all,


How long does it take for the salt water flush to have it's full effect?

I'm a nurse and work shift work! Which involves early shifts that I have to get up at 6am for, sometimes after working shifts that finish at 10pm.

If it's going to take a few hours of being near a toilet, I'm worried that getting up extra early will make me super tired. Is it possible to skip the salt water flush some mornings?

I'd love to hear from anyone else in the same situation and how they worked around it!
