The easy thing to say is that if you want to do a job properly, I am afraid, you have to do it yourself.

Key in the search word 'Colema Board' to www.google.com for home self help colonic irrigation kit. One purchase will last a lifetime, and by the time you have seen 5 Gallons of warm water (or other optional brew) come and go, you can be absolutely sure of a flushed out feeling.

Whether or not you feel any better depends on whether your bowel is contributing toxicity to you - if it is, then removal of toxic material will make you feel better, if you do not have a toxic bowel, a colonic irrigation may not make much difference. Seems like most people swear by doing a proper colonic, so I guess most people have at least some level of bowel toxicity.

Personally I am a fan of 'Arise and Shine' herbal products to help remove 'mucoid plaque' - an unwelcome lining to the intestines, not just the bowel, so as far as I am concerned Colema Boards are great, but there is even more to detoxing.

Stick with this Liver Flush Forum , for heavy duty detox treatment of the liver, like this is just so far out, we're talking planetary travel.
