Dr.Mom,

Thanks so much for the advice! Im only two days past my so called due date. I do feel a bit anxious but I will take some time out today to relax and talk to baby and get these feelings out! I know fear can hinder having a good, productive labor, etc. The only issue is that the midwife does not like doing internal exams unless the woman is in labor or is having regular contractions. I really wish she would check me. My next appointment with her is next Thursday which will put me at 41 weeks. Should I call her and ask her about coming back in before then and having her check me? Can I find the B&B tincture in most health food stores? Thanks so much for your encouragement!
